At Ignite, we are passionate about transforming education, empowering students, and contributing to the schools and communities in which we work. In addition to providing the finest in individualized test preparation for high schools, universities, and graduate programs, we develop meaningful and personal connections with our students. Our hope at Ignite is to transform a sometimes stressful process into an enjoyable experience. Because each of our students has a unique personality, our Ignite coaches facilitate sessions that cater to your particular style of learning.
Our Purpose, Process & Promise
Strong standardized test results open avenues that lead students to a successful future. At Ignite, we empower students to reach their ultimate goals by performing well on these necessary tests. We utilize a unique training system that assesses a student’s personality and learning style. Each session is then structured and paced to best suit the individual student. Ignite coaches responsibly develop a personal connection and a holistic understanding of each of its students. As a result, these students gain a clearer understanding of themselves and an increased sense of confidence along the way as they improve their scores.
Why Ignite
At Ignite, we have a 6-year track record of seeing consistent and substantial improvements in our students’ standardized test scores. Ignite is not only highly professional in the delivery of its services, but it remains affordable as well as accommodating to its wide variety of clientele. Ignite is not corporate, impersonal and systematized like too many test prep organizations out there. Instead, Ignite coaches are perceptive, grounded and downright fun people who are also highly intelligent trainers. We pride ourselves in being a community of encouraging, motivating and enthusiastic people with a passion to see students achieve their goals and pursue their dreams.
Community Outreach
There are three pillars to our social mission:
1. Increasing college access by offering affordable classes to low-income students from under-resourced neighborhoods in Chicago .
2. Volunteering at schools and other non-profits as part of regularly scheduled service days.
3. Partnering with other revolutionary educational organizations.
We are presently teaching an ACT class with 15 students from Chicago’s North Lawndale community. Ignite partners with various charitable Foundations to provide its services at a 95% discount to these families.
